This retreat is for folks 18+ who are wanting time in nature, time in community, and space to reconnect with themselves and others.

A weekend, land-based group experience for queer folx to come together in community, nature, and shared humanness.

This is an experiential space that includes both facilitated group time and unstructured time.
Together, we’ll explore themes related to queer identity, connection, joy, grief, and authentic expression.

I'm a Registered Social Worker with a Masters of Social Work offering virtual therapy to patients across British Columbia.

Everyone has the ability to change. This is your process; I am here to guide you toward your goals. With my clinical knowledge and personable approach, we will work together to figure out a plan forward.

  • Borderline Personality Disorder

    I use a trauma-informed approach to support you in your goals. I am confident in supporting clients who struggle with suicidal ideation, self harm, and addictions. I will work with you from a place of acceptance and understanding.

  • Neurodivergence

    My counselling sessions are affirming, relational, and rooted in curiosity rather than fixing or pathologizing. Sessions offer space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of your experience in your own way—without pressure, assumptions, or the need to be anything other than you are.

  • Trauma

    I am trained in the Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Prolonged Exposure (DBT PE) protocol, which was developed by Dr. Melanie Harned specifically to treat PTSD among high-risk and multi-problem clients. Whether you have a diagnosis of PTSD or not, we can work together to dramatically improve the symptoms that impact your daily life.
